Peanut Butter Blossom Cookie

The peanut butter blossom is an American classic and this one is a modified version of my grandmother's recipe. It is a peanut butter cookie with chopped peanuts and a rich dark chocolate ganache center. Made with vegan ingredients.

Our cookies are made with a 59mL (2fl oz) scoop. The weight is usually 65g - 75g depending on flavor.
